Eligibility Criteria for Motor Vehicle Mechanic, Welder, and other Job
Educational Qualification:
  1. A Certificate in the respective trade from any TI (Technical Institution) recognized by the Government OR VIII class passed with experience of 01 years in the respective trade.
  2. An applicant who applies for the post of Mechanic (Motor vehicle) should possess a valid Driving Licence to drive Heavy Vehicles. Age Limit: 18 years to 30 years as on 01 July 2020 (Relaxable five years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (Noncreamy Layer), for Government servants up to 35 years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by Central Government and for Ex-serviceman up to a maximum of 3 years 08 years for SC/ST and six years for Other Backward Class (OBC) category after deduction of the Military Service rendered from the actual age.
