Eligibility Criteria for Manager/Chief Manager and Academic Associate Job
  1. Educational Qualification and Age Limit:
  2. Manager/Chief Managers–Placement Office: Postgraduates or Masters in any of these fields (Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Communication, and Education, etc.) with minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience (maybe in the areas of corporate work exposure-networking, corporate communications, career services, placement activities, etc.), of which about 8 years must be in an overall supervisory position. Age Limit: Maximum 50 years as of 17 February 2020.
  3. Academic Associates: First class post-graduate degree (2 years) in any discipline with minimum experience of 02 (two) years in the area like Business Policy, Management in Agriculture, Communication, Information Systems, Economics, Finance & Accounting, Marketing, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Production & Quantitative Methods, Public Systems, and Educational Innovation. Age Limit: Preferred below 30 years.
