Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (HPPSC) invites Online Recruitment Applications (ORA) from desirous and eligible candidates for recruitment of Range Forest Officer, Class-II (Gazetted) for filling up 50 Vacancies on Contract basis in the Department of Forests, Himachal Pradesh

Total No of posts :- 50
Age Limit :- 21 to 31 years
Pay Scale :- 10300-34800/- + 4800 (G.P.) (Contractual emoluments: 15100/- per month)
Eligibility :-
(1) Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Science or Engineering from any recognized University with at least one of required subjects.
(2) Subjects: Agriculture, Botany, Chemistry, Computer Application/ Science, Civil/ Computer/ Engineering (Agriculture/ Chemical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical), Environmental Sciences, Forestry, Geology, Horticulture, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Veterinary Sciences and Zoology.
Physical Standards :-
For Male candidate :-
Height :- 163 cm, Chest (Normal) :- 79 cm, Chest (Expansion) :- 05 cm
For Female candidate :-
Height :- 150 cm, Chest (Normal) :- 74 cm, Chest (Expansion) :- 05 cm
Mode of Selection :- Written Examination, Physical Standard Test, Interview / Personality Test
Examination Fee:- 400/- for General Category; 100/- for SC of H.P. / ST of H.P. / OBC of H.P.; No fee for Ex-Servicemen of H.P. The Candidates can pay requisite Examination Fee either through 'e-Challan' or through 'e-Payment' option.
